Reservation Date
To start your reservation select the date of your event on the calendar on each rental page. We will automatically set your delivery date 2 days prior to your event date
Free Delivery & Pickup
Included with your reservation is complimentary delivery & pickup anywhere in Central Oregon.
We cannot guarantee a specific drop-off or pickup time, however upon request we can do our best to arrive within a general time frame. Delivery & pickup is available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
5-day Rental Period
Your reservation begins 2 days prior to your event and ends 2 days after (except when this date ends on a weekend or holiday in which the rental will be picked up on the next business day).

Free delivery & pickup is included with all reservations, no minimum required.
Returns
One of our drivers will arrange a pickup date and time with you. In some cases we may provide a pre-paid return label for your rental to be returned via UPS.
Payment
25% holds your reservation with the balance due two weeks prior to your event. We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellations
You can cancel anytime up to 14 days prior to your event for a full refund.

Important Rental Information
- Bend Party Lights rents for a five (5) day period. All of our prices include this five day rental period. We do not discount prices for one-day rentals. If you do not want your rental for all five days simply let us know and we will pick them up early.
- Select the date of your event when making reservation and we will deliver your rentals 2 days prior.
- For example if your event is on a Saturday we would deliver on a Thursday and pickup on Monday
- Because of the high value of our rentals we require a signature upon delivery. You can waive this requirement during checkout but in doing so will assume full liability for any theft.
- We typically will extend a reservation one or two days without a fee if you send a request via email.
- When we pickup your rental all products must be packed the same way they were delivered. An additional fee will be incurred if your rentals require disassembly and/or not packed in the packaging they arrived.
- Do not throw away any boxes, bins, protective material, foam or any other material included with your rental. Everything that is delivered must be returned.
